On Thursday 16 February 2012, the energy company Nuon invited a select group of new customers to a welcome event held at the popular Eskimofabriek functions venue in Ghent.
The guests had the opportunity of meeting the entire Nuon team in person and of attending a presentation explaining what Nuon does.
We looked after the entire organization of the event: reception, distribution of badges, presentation, catering, etc.

On Friday 18 November 2011, we helped Belgian retailer Lab9 open a brand-new shop in Ypres.
It was the chain store’s third site (their first shop opened in Kortrijk in 2007 and, a year later, they opened a second in Aalst).
We took care of the decoration and the catering.

From 7 to 11 September 2011 the biennial trade fair Matexpo was held at the Kortrijk Xpo exhibition centre. Matexpo is Europe’s biggest event for the construction trade.
We organized the opening ceremony, which was held in the Kinepolis cinema in Kortrijk with more than 300 guests attending.
The presentation included a speech by Minister of State Johan Vande Lanotte, the presentation of the Innovation and Green awards and a musical performance by Ozark Henry.
The event required a sophisticated audio-visual set-up, for which we called on the help of one our partner-companies, Play av.
